Angela loves her husband. She really does. Who wouldn't? She's out of work and he's out there every day making sure they can pay the mortgage. She knows this is going to be the day that she finally gets her act together, sits down at the computer and updates her resume. If she hadn't forgotten that her ex Brad was in town and that she'd agreed to meet him for coffee, she might have actually got something done. Instead, a meeting at the coffee shop turns into coffee spilled on Brad's shirt. She really just wants to be helpful by inviting him over to borrow one of Jeff's.
